These severe environment Cat 5e cables are made with Belden Datatuff® cable and Neutrik Ethercon® RJ45 shells. Datatuff® cable features a rugged PVC outer jacket over the standard inner jacket and the Ethercon® shell features a die-cast construction to protect the RJ45 connector. Note: these assemblies will not mate with standard RJ45 jacks. They must be used with Neutrik female Ethercon® connectors.
