The LX-218CR is a high-power subwoofer system designed to provide outstanding performance in terms of output power, bandwidth extension and distortion. The LX-218CR incorporates the 18LXN long excursion cone transducer. The newly developed LXN loudspeakers are a significant improvement over their predecessors offering increased power handling, reduced distortion and power compression. The LX-218CR is equipped with a captive rigging system that is compatible with D.A.S. Aero line array accessories. The subwoofers can be stacked vertically on the optional PL-218CS dolly panel facilitating the transport in touring applications of up to 3 units. A front dolly panel (PL-LX218CS) is included with “R” version cabinets and is available as an option for LX-218C cabinets upgraded with rigging hardware.
