QOMO LLC announces that it has reached a confidential business resolution of its legal dispute with HoverCam a/k/a Pathway Innovations and Technologies, Inc., whereby each party expressly denies any liability to the other party. QOMO’s document cameras are now sold with a license to U.S. Patent No. 8,508,751 granted by HoverCam. HoverCam has also filed a motion to rescind the orders directed to QOMO issued by the U.S. International Trade Commission in Investigation No. 337-TA-967 titled “Certain Document Cameras and Software for Use Therewith.”
