This esteemed list honors the incredible accomplishments of female leaders in the IT channel. Those named on this annual list come from all corners of the IT channel – including vendors, distributors and solution providers, whose vision, expertise, and contributions make an impact on the industry every day.

By bringing innovative concepts, strategic business planning and comprehensive channel initiatives to life, these extraordinary women support partners and customers with exceptional leadership. Deidre Deacon, General Manager and Channel Chief, ViewSonic Canada

As General Manager and Channel Chief for ViewSonic Canada, Deidre drives all aspects of the business including strategic planning, growing sales and deepening channel partnerships. Leading a dynamic national sales team, she has been successfully expanding the ViewSonic business across education, enterprise, consumer and commercial markets in Canada. As ViewSonic continues to introduce innovative collaboration solutions, Deidre works closely with her team to develop the tailored programs partners need to generate profitability at all stages of growth.

Heather Hulse, Director of National Sales, ViewSonic America

Heather oversees channel development and partner management for ViewSonic's national accounts. She continues to generate programs and strategies that help ViewSonic maintain its presence with key national resellers such as CDW, SHI and Connection, among others. To maintain and strengthen partnerships, Heather offers unique programs to the channel and implements distinctive initiatives for new opportunities.

Astrid Leon, Territory Manager, Chile and Bolivia, ViewSonic Latin America

Astrid manages the distribution channels and accompanying integrators in projects that incorporate visual solutions. She champions the certified reseller program and is responsible for the  execution, implementation, and monitoring of ViewSonic Latin America's objectives in Chile and Bolivia, along with the development, positioning and growth of the brand. She consolidates the company's relationships with distributors and the growth of clients to expand the presence of ViewSonic in the territory.
